What does it mean
to photograph?
Unfortunately for week 3 I was also not able to make it in on time, coming in slightly late due to a dentist appointment in London but I have asked classmates for notes and information on the lesson.

Although I was not there to take any photos my friend and classmate Lee has sent me this picture of what I was told was a group thinking activity where everyone had to think about all sorts of cameras and things related to the word camera.
Lee took the photo as I was not in on time to take a picture of the page.

We were then told to work on our project presentation proposal.

To do so I first had to think of different aesthetics I would like to go for; to do this I created a mind map with different genres and ideas.
I felt very inclined towards the dark and dark fantasy, here is a mood board using such images (source: Google images).
I really like the dark road aesthetic as I am always out at night driving and enjoying music I see that quite a lot, a dark long road mostly with the moon making the road just slightly visible. It's an amazing aesthetic and incredible feeling mostly when there's also no one out on the streets, no cars, no people, no pets. Just me, my car and music.

I think I will go for this specific aesthetic and try create something with it.

I have also taken pictures of roads I drive on at night/morning before, which I have showcased below but for my project I will try take specific ones that I think are worth to make the cut in the final phase of the project.
