Trimester 2 - Project Finishes
Starting week 12 was finally time to finish the full soundtrack I have created and put it all together.

Chapter #12: The beggining of the end

I have been working on music for my groupmates, making a lot of songs and asking them what they think about them.

I have ended up with a small selection of songs which everyone liked and we decided was going to be used in the final project.

Below I have attached the full Original Soundtrack which I have posted on YouTube:

Chapter #13: Reflection
I found this experience incredible, from start to finish. A over 12 week long project, working side by side all my groupmates to create a story with a great moral.

The project idea and execution is amazing in my opinion, as everyone had a individual task which everyone has completed succesfully, from story writting and dialogue, to drawing and music; everyone has done amazing and I personally feel very proud of everyone.

The progress I personally made not only with the music production but also with the 3D, always learning new things was honestly great.

I am also very proud of the workload me and the team have created, all the ideas we went through and all the trial and tribulations we had to go through to get where we are right now.

I personally always enjoy a challenge, and I always try to out do myself and learn as much as possible; I think of every task I got given not as a lazy "I'll just do it quickly with the skills I know " half-good project but more like something I can force myself to learn something new from.

I have never produced music properly before due to the fact I have never needed to be up to a "standard" or an important part of a project where people are counting on me to complete my work. Therefore with this pressure applied that I actually have to create something good, I was forced to learn new skills, and experiment a lot more letting my creativeness lead the way instead of my brain.

The 3D work I have done in Blender was also great, I've learnt a couple new skills which were to create translucent glass and how to also make neon signs with colors. I also had a blast creating it, as the end product was great and it helped a lot not only me with my work but also my groupmates with their work as without me, Evie wouldn't have been able to create the Alternative-Reality application, leaving us with a missing piece of the puzzle.

The 3D city was such a nice idea coming from my groupmates aswell, as it continues the storyline we are following until the end. Leela's mockup drawing of the city really helped me create something very similar to the vision they created, which is always a nice touch.

I personally would love to do something like this again.

The only issue I truly had which I think everyone in my group was frustrated with was the fact our original idea was unfortunately scrapped about 3 different times as we would try to adapt and after every presentation the idea would be scrapped leaving us in the air and not so ready as other groups might be at the moment. Mostly as our first idea was to create a game which then turned into a Virtual-Reality game, which then turned into a series of comics which then transformed into what we have now which is virtual comic book that continues into an AR that was then supposed to be interactive, being able to click on it and see different parts of the comic but again unfortunately due to our main idea getting scrapped so many times we lost some time and progress that we could have spent on the project instead.

Besides the minor hiccups we had along the road I think the project ended up succesful on a cliffhanger and I would definitely do it again.
